The room was generous-sized. The staff was very courteous. Unbeatable and good location in Vail, close to Village, river walk, Beaver Creek, and town center. Helpfulness of staff. Easy to get to Betty Ford Alpine Gardens.

location really close to gardens, shops and restaurants and the gondola/ vail village shops. for shots visit express lift, nestled within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel. well laid out room and complimentary breakfast to start the day. got exceptionally comfortable bed and friendly services.

Late August stay concerned us at first because our room had no ac, but sleeping in the cool, open window air was so refreshing!
The bathroom vanity was the lowest I've seen in years & I'm only 5' 2".
